Pretty Vintage 1900's Postcard With Darling Children Holding Pink Roses Swedish?


What a pretty vintage post card. I wish I could translate but so far no luck. Searched at http://www.google.com/ and found Gratulation is greeting but no luck on the other word. Oh well so pretty and these children are darling in their outfits and holding pretty pink roses.


There is no post mark and is addressed to the Dahl family of Bark River Michigan. From the early 1900's

Vintage Romance Post card from the Early 1900's


We are busy packing and today we are having a moving sale. In two weeks we make the big move from Texas to Minnesota. We will be nearer our children and grandchildren. While much COLDER the warmth of seeing my family will help.
I have kept a few of my treasures unpacked for the time being to share with you over the next few days.
Here is another beautiful vintage postcard on the subject of Romance.
The pretty lady and handsome gentleman are sitting on the sofa and from his look of wonder you can tell he is wanting to know will she be mine or not?
States " Am Undecided What To Do "
date in is unreadable but is from the Nov early 1900's to Miss Martha Kaatz of St. Paul from her friend Maryof Woodland.
She writes
Hello Martha
will answer your card.
Am always going to school.
Gee but Anna thinks she is smart
when I go past the resterant
she turns her back to me.
She got her coat but I did not see it yet.
Send us the funny paper again.

Post card was post marked Dec 12 1909 from Woodlake Minn to Miss Martha Kaatz of St Paul Minn from her friend Elle

Elle writes

"Here there it is dandy sleighing. Otto Slotz is in town. But he don't come down here any more. I guess I made him mad."
