Today is Friendship Friday and I am sharing my second Christmas Post card. This one is so beautiful and has two little girls looking out the window with the snow falling. Even has a doggie in the window. This one is not post maked but from the early 1900's.
Back is marked Carte postale Postkarte post card and is marked La Rue Friend Jr. and in pencil at the bottom says Xmas 1913 Miss Mabel . Also marke Import printed in Saxony.

ReplyDeleteI don't know much about art, but I wonder why the faces of children in these types of cards from the first 20 (?) years or so of the 1900 always have this same sort of cherubic, but blank look on them?
