Sender has written on the back in pencil and is for Mrs Alva Todd. There is no stamp on postcard. Fun to peak into others past with these old post cards but they can be hard to read at times.

The post card must of been delivered since there is no address or post mark. By reading card I can tell you that Mrs Alva Todd is also known as coz Carrie.
The writer tells us that she has not written lately since she has been reading novels all her time and feels naughty but is nice to do.
Hard to make out but looks like some ones grand dad cut his suspenders and went straight up. Not sure what that means. She asks about the children and Carries old man.
To bad that we do not know who these people are and that is was separated from their family treasures.
Clues are the name Alva Todd and first name Carrie. With a little work on ancestry may be able to find a relative.

Vintage postcards are quite interesting! It's too bad this one doesn't have more information about the sender though.

I've made it to Lake Michigan and Lake Huron but not the rest of the Great Lakes. Nowhere I have been is as intriguing as the scene on your vintage postcard though
